ABOUT DISTRICT COURT

At the time of independence, Guna was district of Gwalior Estate, having District Court established at Guna Headquarters. Building of District Court has beautiful structure and is located at prominent place at Hanuman Square of the city and is a Heritage building. District Court was shifted into this building around 1964.Hon'ble Shri R.C. Lahoti, Former Chief Justice of India belongs to Guna. He was enrolled as an Advocate at Guna Bar. His younger brother Hon'ble Shri K.K. Lahoti, Former Acting Chief Justice of High Court of Madhya Pradesh also belongs to Guna.
